Meet Luis Hernandez
LH Tutoring is a professional one-person tutoring service led by Luis Hernandez, a math and SAT/ACT prep specialist with a civil engineering background.
With over a decade of experience teaching and tutoring students in middle school, high school, and test prep programs, Luis specializes in helping students build strong foundations and confidence in math.
As a bilingual tutor (English/Spanish), he works closely with students transitioning between academic systems, helping them bridge gaps in language, understand complex concepts more clearly, and succeed in English-based instruction.
Luis also partners with education companies as an independent contractor, providing personalized instruction, curriculum development, and strategic test prep support.

• Spanish – all levels, from beginner to advanced fluency
Work with me directly in personalized online lessons (or in-person). I focus on building strong foundational skills and efficient strategies, especially helpful for schoolwork, tests, and standardized exam prep.
